Cancellation fees:
- Cancellations will be free of charge if requested more than 24 hours before the originally scheduled start time.
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the original start time will be billed for 50% of the original fee.
- If a student does not show up for a session without notice, the student will still be billed for the session.
Tutor rescheduling/cancellations
You are entitled to the same compensation if have to reschedule or cancel as I am if you have to reschedule or cancel. This means:
- If I need to reschedule and notify you more than 24 hours before the requested start time:
- If a suitable time is found then there the session will take place at the new time at the price originally paid
- If no suitable time can be found, then the session will be fully canceled and refunded
- If I notify you within 24 hours:
- If a suitable time is found then there the session will take place at the new time at half the price originally paid
- If no suitable time can be found, then the session will be fully canceled, refunded, and you will receive an additional 50% of the session price as compensation for the inconvenience
- If I am unable to show up:
- The session will be refunded and you will receive an additional 100% of the session price as compensation for the inconvenience
- I am allowed one business day to confirm/decline a requested appointment. I reserve the right to decline a session without financial consequence.
